This hotel has a great location with lively surroundings and numerous dining options. the spacious rooms offer beautiful scenic views, comfortable beds, and are well equipped with high-quality amenities. the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the top-floor onsen adds an extra touch of luxury. Guests can enjoy a convenient stay with bar and restaurant facilities and free parking.

Some guests have reported that the pillow is too hard for their preference.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a stunning view over the city. The hotel provides top-notch facilities, including a refreshing onsen on the top floor. The room was quite spacious with a nice view of the surroundings. The comfortable bed made my stay feel cozy. The hotel included a bar and restaurants inside which was quite convenient.

The shower room was appalling as it easily led to the water spilling outside the shower area. The location was a bit far which required a longer walk from the main city area, and taking a cab proved to be expensive.

The room was sparkling clean and spacious, with stunning views of the city and mountains. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the friendly staff. Additionally, the onsen spa on the top floor was a nice touch. The area around the hotel was full of excellent dining and coffee spots, which made for an enjoyable experience.

One issue I had was with the shower room. It could have been more effective in preventing water spills, resulting in water all over the floor. Moreover, while the hotel is convenient to restaurants and coffee shops, it is a bit of a walk from public transportation. In particular, it was challenging to walk there during hot weather, but taking a taxi was a bit expensive.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in this area and I was truly impressed by the exceptional comfort and quality services provided. The room design was lovely and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. The high quality shampoo and shower gel, along with the good water pressure, added to the enhanced experience. The soundproofing was quite effective, although it didn't completely block out the noise of energetic children running in the hallway. I truly appreciated the generous supply of bottled water and small packets of snacks, as well as the added convenience of free parking.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.
